It actually includes two systems: pyrolysis tires & carbon black deep-processing systems.

        We have designed a system of improving the quality of oil, that is one time’s pyrolysis and two times’ catalysis, and adding distillation tower to the sub-package chamber. What’s more, inside the tower there is catalysis of intellectual property, which is specifically used in gas state. After this series of handling, the oil is nearly the same with distillation oil.

High-level of mechanization

The series of handling of feeding-in, unloading, releasing residue oil and separation of oil and water have been mechanically designed and put in practice.

No soot.

        In the handling of soot, we have changed the traditional way of handling soot. First cooling the temperature of exhaust gas before it enters the draught fan; second, delivering the exhaust gas to a 1-meter high and 3-meter wide atomization strong tower, where firstly there is a layer of ceramic pall ring damping, then the atomization strong layer, last a layer of non-metallic mesh material damping the steam, only little steam goes into the 6 to 12-meter high chimney, during this time, some other steam is damped, and finally there is only thimbleful white steam discharged into the air. This series of soot handling system is coincidence with national environmental standards.

One reactor, several functions. It can not only handle solid materials, but semi-solid and liquid materials.
