Project overview:

Ruixin company adopts the pyrolysis catalytic reforming approach to vonvert waste tires into sellable products that include various grades of finely milled carbon char, fuel oil, pyrolysis gas and high quality tensile steel. This technology will decompose the waste tires to molecular gas and oil by indirect high temperature heating,  and then condensing the oil and collecting steel and carbon, all for sale in commodity markets.

The full commercial process includes: waste tires shredding machine, automatic in-feed conveyors, thermal conversion reactors, oil and pyrolysis gas recovery systems, carbon char conveyor, pyro-gas management system and emission control system.

The whole pyrolysis decomposition reactions takes place in an environment closed to the atmosphere, oxidation or burning doesn't occur because the process maintains an oxygen-free environment.
